PARK INDUSTRIES ODYSSEY II CNC Machining Center:

Table size of 10' x 5', 20 HP spindle variable speed to 10,000 RPM.

Specifications: 

  3-Axis CNC Router with optional "C" axis for curved and straight saw blade cutting.

  SIEMENS AC servo motors with absolute encoders for position feedback, THK precision linear bearing system, precision rack & pinion drive mechanism.

  C-Axis has 360° Continuous saw rotation with a max. rotation speed of 60 RPM, max blade size 6-1/4" (160 mm) diameter.

  Spindle: 20 HP Electro spindle (18 kW), variable speed up to 10,000 RPM, pneumatic draw bar, liquid-cooled spindle with chiller, through spindle water feed, external water ring.

  Work holddown System: Double-sided suction cups, individual vacuum control valves to each cup, manifold built into the table; accommodates (44) vacuum cups.

  Stone Surface Worktable: Granite work surface with steel support structure. Water collection channel with convenient cup storage, water shield to deflect water spray from front of the machine.

  CNC Control Unit: SIEMENS "840 Di" Open-architecture CNC control, 15" color touch-screen operator control interface, Ethernet adaptor, interactive handheld pendant w/display, automatic tool compensation.
