Abraline V Abrasive Transfer System
The Abraline V transfer vessel is a dual-stage system consisting of a large holding hopper and a smaller pressurized vessel located directly below, directing the abrasive to the metering device and ultimately to the cutting head. This unique, industry-exclusive design allows for the hopper to be filled while the waterjet is in operation. Specific benefits include:

5' x 10' Parts Catcher
The 5' x 10' Parts Catcher provides a screen underneath the
table slats that will catch most small parts or scrap material that fall through the table slat system.
This prevents the loss of money from parts that drop to the bottom of the table,
or time for the operator to 'fish' these parts out of the table.
Ebbco Streamline Abrasive Removal System for E60 4x8', 5x10' and 6x10' Machines
The accumulation of used abrasive in the table is the largest cause of machine downtime for a waterjet. Along with the production time lost while removing abrasive from a full table, the aggravation of shoveling several feet of wet abrasive can quickly justify the expense of an abrasive removal system. Agitators in the bottom of the tank keep the abrasive suspended in the water where it is filtered out of the tank and into a hopper. The used abrasive is then removed by a fork truck or crane. It can be disposedof by any means as the abrasive and cutting process does not create environmentally hazardous material.

Ebbco Closed Loop Water Filtration System, 30, 50, 60 HP Pumps
This Ebbco system eliminates the continual discharge of water by filtering it and recycling it back to the cutting pump. This is can create cost savings for areas where water utilities are high, especially when there are fees for water disposal as well as water usage. Closed Loop Water Filtration System can also remove issues associated with incoming supply water. Common issues include low water pressure, insufficient water flow, and poor water quality.
